Here at the Driver Exchange we love to hear feedback, good and bad, so if you want to drop us a line please do.
If you are experiencing a problem with the Driver Exchange we’ll do everything we can to get you back on track. If you are logged into the system at the time, you simply need to click on the “?” button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and send us a message. You can also send us other questions or queries via this way, but please do check our FAQ Page first.
If you’re not in the system then all you need to do is email us at email@example.com. We’ll make sure we get back to you as soon as we can. If you would rather we called you back then please add your contact phone number in the text of the message and we’ll call you too. If you want to call us you can on 020 3322 3534.
We’ll do our very best to make sure that we respond to your message as quickly as we can but please be aware that our support hours are Monday to Friday 0900 – 1800.
Please note that if you have any queries regarding shifts or are an agency driver, please contact them directly, you can do this via the system.
